Delete your Vita Fruity account

Do it yourself (takes a minute)

1. Open the Vita Fruity app, or go to www.vitafruity.com/account.
2. Sign in with your email and password.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
4. Enter your password, type DELETE, and tap Delete my account.

It happens straight away and we email you to confirm.

Can't sign in?

Email hello@vitafruity.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We'll delete it within 7 days and reply to confirm. Forgotten your password? You can also reset it on the sign-in page.

What's deleted

• Your sign-in, name, phone number, email address, birthday and profile photo
• Your points and points history, stamp cards, birthday and personal discount codes, invite link
• Your phone's notification address, so the app stops sending you notifications

What's kept, and why

• Records of past sales (date, items, amounts, outlet), because the law and our accounts need them, kept for up to 6 years with your name, phone, email and address removed.
• If you had subscribed to our newsletter: your email address on our “do not email” list only, so you're never emailed again.

Points can't be moved to another account or paid out. More in our privacy policy.
